I’ve tried everything, but my dog’s remaining teeth aren’t getting healthy enough to reverse the gum disease.

Give your dog raw meat diet, and they will never have dental issues. My dog eats bison, and elk meat and some salmon here and there and sardines for treats. I know this can be expensive, but it’s definitely worth it plus they live much longer than my boy is 14 years old and still moving like he’s 2 years-old.
