No, heās told about the rest of collar. Do you research? Thereās been many dogs that have dropped dead from using it. Them had seizures watching a video and a lady jumped on. She gave her two dogs one nine years old and one younger her nine-year-old started having seizures not able to walk started looking like he was blind. The young one was OK.
